WCC has created standardized workshops on environmental, health,
and safety issues and best practices that can be applied anywhere
around the globe. Additionally, WCC has organized specific workshops
in five countries addressing the mecury cell production process.
With a focus on capacity building, special emphasis is being given
to offering these workshops in developing countries and countries
with economies in transition, in order to share state-of-the-art
practices and resources on a global level. Workshops have been held
in China,
Brazil and India with additional workshops planned.
